End of November we wrapped up the evaluation process of the 4 day Certified Trail Rater (CTR) training held in Riva del Garda, featuring an engaged group of participants: 2 project managers from Garda Dolomiti Azienda per il Turismo S.p.A. and 4 dedicated Garda Rangers.
Highlight of the week? One attendee broke the record for the highest exam score ever achieved in the CTR program!
As part of the training, participants rated local trails in preparation for the upcoming Garda Trentino Destination Certificate, ensuring the trail ratings on the signage meet the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
This milestone marks a big step forward for the region, promising more accurate trail ratings and safer, more enjoyable riding experiences for both locals and tourists.

This was also the first time we set up a CTR training at a destination. Scouting, developing and rating the trails for the training and the routes for the exam in a new area was intense, interesting and fun. It worked out very well and we are ready to set up such trainings at other destinations, too.
